According to archaeologists (scientists pubakala), chances are the shoes belonged to a woman who accidentally buried in the cavefor ritual purposes. Inside the cave was also discovered three pots,each containing skulls of children, along with a container of barley,wheat, fruit and apricot.
The shoes worn by a farmer (woman who was buried in the cave)who live in the mountains of Vayots Dzor, Armenia in the province, adjacent to the borders of modern Turkey and Iran.
The shoes are made of one layer of leather, tanned with vegetable oil, and formed in accordance with the wearer's foot. Shoes thatcontain grass, where archeologists still keep the question of whether this grass to withstand the cold, or to maintain the shape of the shoe.
